[VACATED PURSUANT TO 15 ORDER] ORDER re 4 Application filed by Robert Tunstall signed by Magistrate Judge Craig M. Kellison on 5/1/08 ORDERING that plaintiff's 4 motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis is GRANTED. Plaintiff is required to pay the full statutory filing fee of $350 for this action.
