ORDER signed by Magistrate Judge Kendall J. Newman on 08/27/13 ordering the clerk of the court is directed to issue and send plaintiff 5 summons for defendants Christopher Smith, S. Heatley, Lawrence Fong, Rebecca Barnett and L.D. Zamora. The clerk shall also send plaintiff 6 copies of the form consent to proceed before United States Magistrate Judge with this order.
