ORDER signed by Chief Judge Morrison C. England, Jr on 10/1/14 ORDERING In light of Plaintiff's failure to file an opposition, Defendants' Motion to Dismiss, 8 is GRANTED WITH LEAVE TO AMEND. Plaintiff's claims against Defendant Encore Credit Corporation, which has not appeared or challenged the pleadings in this case, are similarly DISMISSED WITH LEAVE TO AMEND. See Abagninin v. AMVAC Chem. Corp., 545 F.3d 733, 742-43 (9th Cir. 2008). Plaintiff may file an amended complaint not later than twenty (20) days after the date this Order is filed electronically. If no amended complaint is filed within said twenty (20) day period, without further notice to the parties, Plaintiff's claims will be dismissed without leave to amend.(Becknal, R)

ECF No. 23. In light of Plaintiff's failure to file an opposition, the Motion to Dismiss, ECF No. 20, is GRANTED. Moreover, because Plaintiff twice has failed to oppose a Rule 12(b)(6) motion to dismiss, her claims against all Defendants are DISMISSED WITHOUT LEAVE TO AMEND.
