ORDER signed by District Judge Morrison C. England, Jr on 9/6/2018 GRANTING in PART and DENYING in PART 17 Motion for Summary Judgment. The Motion is GRANTED as to the First Cause of Action for breach of the implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing. The Motion is also GRANTED with respect to the availability of punitive damages under the First Cause of Action. With respect to punitive damages, the Motion is GRANTED without prejudice to Plaintiffs renewing a request for such damages should evidence surface that supports such a request. To the extent Plaintiffs seek reformation of the contract, State Farm's Motion is also GRANTED, but it is DENIED with respect to Plaintiffs' claim for declaratory relief.
