ORDER signed by Magistrate Judge Deborah Barnes on 9/28/16 ORDERING that if plaintiff wishes to seek relief against defendants at the California Medical Facility in Vacaville, plaintiff shall file an amended complaint in this case within 30 days of the date of this order. If plaintiff wishes to seek relief against defendants at Valley State Prison, he shall amend his complaint to identify those defendants and file it in the Fresno Division.
