ORDER signed by Magistrate Judge Allison Claire on 2/16/2017 GRANTING 2 Plaintiff's Motion to Proceed IFP; The Clerk of the Court is directed to issue and serve on plaintiff the undersigned's Order Setting Status Conference. Service is appropriate for Sacramento Police Officer Rath, Badge # 610. The Clerk of the Court is directed to issue forthwith, and the U.S. Marshal is directed to serve within 90 days of the date of this order, all process pursuant to FRCP 4, without prepayment of costs. The Clerk of the Court shall send to plaintiff 1 each: USM-285 form, summons, a copy of the endorsed filed complaint; and a form for consent to trial by the magistrate judge. Plaintiff is directed to provide to the USM within 15 days from the date of this order, all information needed by the Marshal to effect service of process, and shall file a statement with the court that said documents have been submitted to the USM.
