ORDER signed by Magistrate Judge Allison Claire on 3/13/2017 DISMISSING the complaint with leave to amend. Within 30 days, plaintiff may file either an amended complaint containing only claims related to his conditions of confinement or an amended petition containing only claims challenging his conviction or sentence. The Clerk shall send plaintiff copies of the prisoner complaint form and form for application for writ of habeas corpus. Plaintiff's 5 application to proceed IFP is DENIED without prejudice. Plaintiff shall submit, within 30 days, a completed ifp application. The Clerk shall send plaintiff a new ifp application.
