The Clerk shall contact Sujean Park, Alternative Dispute Resolution Coordinator, for the purpose of locating an attorney. Defendant's 23 motion for extension of time to file a responsive pleading is DENIED as moot. This action is STAYED for 120 days in accordance with this order.
