ORDER signed by Magistrate Judge Carolyn K. Delaney on 4/13/18, GRANTING 2 Motion to Proceed IFP. Service is appropriate for defendants Burlington Coat Factory of Texas, Inc., and Thomas A. Kingsbury. The Clerk is directed to issue forthwith all process pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 4. The Clerk shall send plaintiff the required forms for service.
