ORDER REDUCING SENTENCE RE CRACK COCAINE OFFENSE 18 USC 3582 signed by Senior Judge Lawrence K. Karlton on 5/8/2008 ORDERING 64 that the term of imprisonment originally imposed is reduced to 200 months, comprised as follows: a term of 140 months on count 1, a term of 120 months on count 3, to run concurrent to count 1, and 60 months on count 2 to run consecutive to counts 1 and 3 to the extent necessary to produce a total term of 200 months. All other terms and provisions of the original judgment remain in effect. Mr. Johnson shall report to the US Probation office closest to the release destination within 72 hours after his release as to for Billy Johnson. (Reader, L)
