ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE WHY CASE SHOULD NOT BE DISMISSED: Based on Plaintiff's failure to oppose 8 Defendant's motion to dismiss, this Court ORDERS Plaintiff to show cause why this case should not be dismissed under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(b). No later than February 16, 2018, Plaintiff shall file an opposition to Defendant's motion to dismiss that includes an explanation as to why her opposition was not timely filed.
