ORDERED that Commerce shall file its remand determination with the court within 45 days (5/1/2017) of this date. ORDERED that Plaintiff shall have 30 days (5/31/2017) thereafter to file comments on the remand determination. ORDERED that Defendant shall have 15 days (6/15/2017) thereafter to file a reply to comments on the remand determination.
