ORDER granting in part and denying in part 9 Motion to Compel as indicated in the attached Order. The Clerk of Court shall administratively close this case pursuant to D.C.COLO.LCivR 41.2 and the parties are granted leave to file a motion to reopen this case upon a showing of good cause. The parties shall file a joint status report every six months beginning six months from the date of this Order.
