Plaintiff's first and second motions for leave to submit supplemental authority 108 and 110 are GRANTED. Defendants' Motion to Exclude Expert Testimony 117 is DENIED AS MOOT. Plaintiff's Unopposed Motion to Continue Trial Date 150 is DENIED AS MOOT.
