ORDER Adopting and Affirming the 127 Recommendation of United States Magistrate Judge Scott T. Varholak. Defendant Trans Union's Motion to Dismiss (Doc. # 102 ) and Defendant Equifax's Renewed Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings (Doc. # 122 ) are GRANTED. All claims against Trans Union and Equifax, including any claims for punitive damages, are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE. Defendant SPS's Motion to Dismiss (Doc. # 103 ) and Defendant Chase's Motion to Dismiss (Doc. # 105 ) is GRANTED IN PART and DENIED IN PART. Claim Seven is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
