ORDER granting 42 Plaintiff's Motion for Equitably Toll Potential Opt-in Plaintiffs' Statute of Limitations and granting 54 Defendant's Motion to Stay Discovery Pending Interlocutory Appeal. The statute of limitations for all potential opt-in plaintiffs is tolled from September 13, 2017, until this Court rules on Plaintiff's 29 Motion for Conditional Certification, or until the Court otherwise orders.
