TEMPORARY RESTRAINING ORDER. The portion of plaintiff's Motion for Temporary Restraining Order and Preliminary Injunction 2 seeking a temporary restraining order is GRANTED. This order will expire on December 27, 2017 unless extended by the Court for good cause. Pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 65(c), plaintiff shall post a bond in the amount of $5,000 into the court registry as security no later than December 13, 2017. This temporary restraining order shall not be effective unless and until this security is deposited with the Clerk of the Court.
