PRISCS - INITIAL REVIEW ORDER. Denying without prejudice, 7 Motion to Appoint Counsel ; Denying as Moot 8 Motion to Amend; Granting 9 Motion to Amend. The Pro Se Office shall contact the DOC Legal Affairs to ascertain the full name for CSW Bernadina and the current work address for all defendant in the amended complaint and mail waiver of service to each in their individual capacity. The Pro Se Office shall send written notice to the plaintiff of the status of this action and send courtesy copy of amended complaint and IRO to Ct Attorney General and DOC Legal Affairs Unit.
