ORDER. Singleton's habeas petition (doc. 1) is granted. The respondent's motion for summary judgment (doc. 15) is denied. The case is remanded to state court for a new trial consistent with the Order. Unless Singleton is retried within 60 days of this Order, he shall be released from custody. Signed by Judge Stefan R.
