ORDER. Defendant's motion for judgment as a matter of law (Docs. #64, 71) is DENIED. The jury's verdict as to back pay is treated as advisory guidance only, and the Court DENIES any award of back pay. The Clerk is directed to enter judgment forthwith in plaintiff's favor in the amount of $53,501. In view of the entry of judgment, plaintiff's motion for a prejudgment remedy (Doc. #68 is DENIED as moot. The Clerk of Court is directed to close this case. See attached ruling.
