Plaintiff's motion to reverse or remand (Doc. #13) is GRANTED. Defendant's motion for order to affirm the decision of the Commissioner (Doc. #15) is DENIED. The case is remanded for the ALJ to evaluate the significance of plaintiff's non-exertional limitations and, if necessary, to consider vocational expert testimony as to plaintiffs ability to find work that exists in the national economy.
