ORDER granting 36 Motion for Summary Judgment; denying 37 Motion to Amend/Correct; denying 35 Motion to Amend/Correct. See attached memorandum. The Court denies Plaintiffs Motions to Amend [Dkt. 35, Dkt. 37] without prejudice to the Plaintiff re-filing a new Motion to Amend no later than April 15, 2016. If the Plaintiff chooses to file a new Motion to Amend, he must state facts not legal conclusions from which this Court can infer a plausible claim of excessive force against any individual defendant police officer. The Clerk is directed to mail a copy of this Order and the Court's memorandum of opinion to the pro se Plaintiff. Signed by Judge Vanessa L. Bryant on 3/23/16. (Shechter, N.)
