RULING (see attached) granting 24 Plaintiff's Motion for Leave to Amend Complaint. Plaintiff must file and serve his Amended Complaint on all Defendants, including newly added defendant Jill Cutler Hodgman, on or before July 24, 2015. Upon service of the Amended Complaint, Defendants are directed to file their answers or responses thereto in accordance with the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. Within thirty (30) days after any Defendant answers or responds, the parties must meet and confer to prepare an amended Rule 26(f) Report, jointly proposing revised dates for the remaining case deadlines.
