INITIAL REVIEW ORDER: All claims that the defendants violated the plaintiff's Fourteenth Amendment Due Process and Equal Protection rights and the claims that defendants Beaudry, Mainly, Pain, Allen and Perze violated the plaintiff's First Amendment right to be free from retaliation are DISMISSED pursuant to 28 U.S.C. ยง 1915A(b)(1). The First Amendment retaliation claims against defendants Roy and Murphy in their individual and official capacities will PROCEED. Service on defendants Roy and Murphy shall be completed by 7/14/15; Discovery shall be completed by 1/25/2016; and Dispositive Motions are due by 2/25/2016. See attached Ruling and Order.
