RULING ON MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT. For the reasons set forth in the attached ruling, defendant's motion for summary judgment (Doc. #57) is GRANTED with respect to Count 1 in part (FMLA retaliation), and Counts 2, 4, and 5; and DENIED with respect to Count 1 in part (FMLA interference), and Counts 3 and 6.
