ORDER (see attached) directing the parties to file and serve on or before February 27, 2015, affidavits regarding citizenship for federal diversity jurisdiction purposes. There is no indication that Defendant ConAgra Foods, Inc. ("ConAgra") has been served with the Summons and Complaint in this action and consequently ConAgra has made no appearance as of this date. Plaintiffs' counsel is therefore directed to serve a copy of this Order upon Defendant ConAgra by certified mail at the same address for service of the Summons and Complaint in this action. All case deadlines are stayed pending the Court's review of the affidavits. If the Court determines that it possesses subject matter jurisdiction, the action may proceed.
