ORDER. Plaintiff's motion to reverse or remand (Doc. #14) is GRANTED in part. Defendant's motion to affirm the decision of the Commissioner (Doc. #15) is DENIED. See attached ruling. The case is remanded for the ALJ to evaluate whether plaintiff's RFC accounts for plaintiff's limited ability to interact with others and, if necessary, to reformulate the RFC. The case is further remanded for the ALJ to evaluate the significance of plaintiff's non-exertional limitations and, if necessary, to consider vocational expert testimony as to plaintif's ability to find work that exists in the national economy.
