ORDER REGARDING SUBJECT MATTER JURISDICTION (see attached) directing all parties to file and serve on or before March 31, 2016, affidavits regarding citizenship for federal diversity jurisdiction purposes. All case deadlines are stayed pending the Court's review of the affidavits. If the Court determines that it possesses subject matter jurisdiction, the action will proceed.
