RULING (see attached) granting 13 Defendant's Motion for Leave to Join Third Party Defendant, Hoffman Fuel Company of Danbury. Accordingly, Triangle Tube must serve its proposed "Third Party Complaint" [Doc. 13, Ex. A] upon Hoffman Fuel Company of Danbury, as well as e-file that pleading, on or before December 2, 2016. On or before December 23, 2016, all parties must confer to: (1) agree upon proposed revised case deadlines and (2) decide whether they jointly seek, or renew their request for, an early settlement conference. On or before January 6, 2017, the parties must file an amended "Rule 26(f) Report of Parties' Planning Meeting," setting forth their proposed revised case deadlines. In addition, if they request an early settlement conference, the parties must file a joint motion stating that request so that the matter may be referred to a Magistrate Judge to conduct the settlement conference.
