RULING GRANTING DEFENDANT'S MOTION FOR RECONSIDERATION. For the reasons stated in the attached ruling, the motion for reconsideration (Doc. #54) is GRANTED. On reconsideration, the Court now GRANTS defendant's motion for summary judgment (Doc. #34) as to plaintiff's Title VII discrimination claim but DENIES defendant's motion for summary judgment as to plaintiff's Title VII retaliation claim.
