Students Motion is also granted insofar as it seeks reversal of the Hearing Officers determination that the equities militate against reimbursement for the cost of the unilateral placement. It is denied insofar as it seeks reversal of the Hearing Officers conclusion that the 2014-15 IEP was appropriate, whether because of perceived bullying or because of a lack of sufficient emotional support, executive functioning, and writing-related services. Fairfields Motion for Summary Judgment is DENIED in all respects. Student is entitled to Spire School tuition costs for the 2015-16 school year.
