ORDER. For the reasons discussed in the attached, the 44 motion to dismiss is GRANTED. The 45 motion for judgment on the pleadings is DENIED. Because the Court had previously given Plaintiff an opportunity to amend the complaint and had warned that the Court would not allow further amendments to the complaint, the Complaint is DISMISSED and the Clerk is instructed to close this case. The 41 motion for a court-ordered settlement conference, 47, 50, 52, and 55 motions to compel, 49 motion for in camera review of documents, 51 motion to strike, and 60 motion requiring defendant to request a telephonic pre-motion conference are DENIED as moot. Signed by Judge Michael P. Shea on 2/21/2018. (Taykhman, N.)
