ORDER. For the reasons discussed in the attached, Westley's 57 motion for notice of intention to use evidence concerning other acts or uncharged crimes is DENIED as moot. Ward's 62 motion for bill of particulars, 97 motion to sever, 99 100 and 102 motions to dismiss Counts One, Four, Five, Ten, and Eleven, and 105 motion to suppress evidence obtained after arrest are DENIED. Ward's motion to dismiss 101 Count Ten is DENIED without prejudice. Ward's 106 motion to compel disclosure of evidence is DENIED as moot.
