RULING ON CROSS MOTIONS TO REMAND AND AFFIRM DECISION OF THE COMMISSIONER OF SOCIAL SECURITY. For the reason stated in the attached ruling, plaintiff's motion for judgment on the pleadings (Doc. #16), which I construe as a motion to reverse or remand the decision of the Commissioner, is GRANTED. The Commissioner's motion to affirm the decision of the Commissioner (Doc. #19) is DENIED. The case is remanded to the Commissioner for further proceedings consistent with this opinion. On remand, the ALJ should also be sure to address the other concerns raised by plaintiff in her briefing in this case. It is so ordered. Signed by Judge Jeffrey A. Meyer on 4/19/2018. (Zuckier, C.)
