RULING. For the reasons set forth in the attached Ruling, plaintiff's 33 MOTION to Compel Responses To and For Sanctions for Failure to Comply with Discovery Re: Plaintiff's First Interrogatories Directed to Rikel Lightner is GRANTED, in part, and DENIED, in part; plaintiff's 34 MOTION to Compel Responses and MOTION for Sanctions for Failure to Comply with Discovery re Plaintiff's First Request for Production to Rikel Lightner is GRANTED, in part, and DENIED, in part; plaintiff's 32 MOTION for Default for Failure to Comply with Discovery Order as to Defendants is DENIED; and plaintiff's 31 MOTION for Extend Discovery Nunc Pro Tunc until July 9th, 2018 is GRANTED, in part, and DENIED, in part. The discovery deadline is hereby extended, nunc pro tunc, to July 9, 2018, but only for the purpose of allowing defendants to respond to any outstanding written discovery requests already propounded by plaintiff in this action. The Court will not permit the parties to conduct any additional discovery during this time.The parties shall file a joint trial memorandum on or before August 31, 2018. Signed by Judge Sarah A. L.
