ORDER. For the reasons set forth in the attached, JRKs Motion to Compel Arbitration and Stay the Action (ECF No. 14) is hereby GRANTED. The clerk is instructed to close this case but not enter judgment. Any party may move to reopen this case within 30 days of completion of the arbitration and the case shall be reopened upon the filing of such a motion. The moving party may also seek the lifting of the stay and the entry of judgment or may seek to initiate further proceedings in this action. In light of this disposition, the 21 motion to appoint counsel, 22 motion for pre-trial conference, and 27 motion to stay discovery deadline are hereby DENIED AS MOOT. Signed by Judge Michael P.
