ORDER REGARDING SUBJECT MATTER JURISDICTION (see attached) directing Plaintiff S Rock Partners, LLC to submit affidavits establishing citizenship of the parties for federal diversity jurisdiction purposes on or before March 14, 2018. See 28 U.S.C. ยง 1332(a)(2). If, upon review of the affidavits, the Court determines that it possesses subject matter jurisdiction, the Court will rule on 10 Plaintiff's Motion for Default Judgment. Otherwise, in the absence of such jurisdiction, the Court will dismiss the action without prejudice to Plaintiff bringing it in a proper forum. Signed by Judge Charles S.
