RULING (attached) granting the 24 Motion to Dismiss. The federal law claims Plaintiff asserts against Defendants Capitol Region Education Council, Robert McCain, Timothy Sullivan, and Christopher Nolan (Counts I, II, III, V, VIII, and XI) are dismissed for failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted. The Court declines to exercise supplemental jurisdiction over the state law claims against these Defendants (Counts XIII, XIV, XV, XVII, XVIII, XIX, XX, and XXI), and those claims are dismissed for lack of subject matter jurisdiction. Plaintiff may file an amended complaint, if so advised, on or before June 15, 2018. The state law claims may be reinstated if Plaintiff files an amended complaint which alleges a viable federal claim against these Defendants. Signed by Judge Charles S. Haight, Jr. on 5/7/2018. (Kaczmarek, S.)
