INITIAL REVIEW ORDER (see attached). For the reasons stated in the attached Initial Review Order, the Complaint may proceed against Defendants Erfe and Hannah pursuant to 28 U.S.C. ยง1983 for a violation of the Free Exercise Clause of the First Amendment in their individual capacities, for monetary damages. Consistent with this Ruling, Plaintiff may file an amended complaint seeking to add a claim pursuant to section 1983 for a violation of the Equal Protection Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment on or before August 6, 2018.
