INITIAL REVIEW ORDER ON AMENDED COMPLAINT (see attached). Consistent with the attached Order, Plaintiff's claim alleging denial of access to the courts pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983 will proceed against Defendants in their official capacities for injunctive relief. Plaintiff's claim alleging a violation of the Equal Protection Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment is DISMISSED, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915A.
