To the extent that Plaintiff seeks prospective relief or seek to challenge the amended version of the CMPA, Plaintiff's claims are DISMISSED without prejudice. If Plaintiff is able to allege facts demonstrating that she faces a prospective, concrete injury, she may file an amended complaint within 14 days of this decision.
