MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER: Upon consideration of Plaintiff's Motion for Reconsideration 32, the motion is hereby DENIED. Matthews has failed to demonstrate that the Court erred in holding him ineligible for in forma pauperis status under 28 U.S.C. ยง 1915(g).Nonetheless, on the Court's own motion, it is ORDERED that the order dismissing the case 31 be VACATED and that the corresponding opinion, Matthews v. FBI, 211 F. Supp. 3d 148 (D.D.C. 2016), be MODIFIED in light of this opinion; FURTHER ORDERED that the order granting Matthews leave to proceed in forma pauperis 3 be VACATED and that his in forma pauperis status be REVOKED; and FURTHER ORDERED that Matthews pay the balance of the filing fee on or before June 5, 2017, or the Court will dismiss his case without prejudice. MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER: Upon consideration of Defendant Matthews's Motions for Extension of Time, Dkt. 38; Dkt. 40, it is hereby ORDERED that the relief sought in the motion docketed on July 31, 2017, Dkt. 40, is GRANTED, and the motion docketed by the Court on July 6, 2017, Dkt. 38, is DENIED as moot. It is further ORDERED that the Court's June 12, 2017 Order dismissing the case, Dkt. 36, is VACATED. It is further ORDERED that Matthews pay the balance of the filing fee on or before March 9, 2018, or the Court will dismiss the case without prejudice.
