The proposal shall be consistent with the Court's directions in this opinion. The parties shall submit their joint proposal to the Court on or before July 12, 2017. In the event the parties are unable to agree upon a proposed notice, the parties shall instead file a joint status report setting forth their respective positions on July 12, 2017, and shall appear for a status conference on July 13MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER: Plaintiffs' Motion to Conditionally Certify Class 17 is hereby GRANTED in part and DENIED in part. This action is conditionally certified as a collective action comprised of employees who have worked for Defendant as Residential Advisors at the Potomac Job Corps dormitories at any point during the three years preceding the date of the filing with the Court of their written notice of consent to become a party, and who claim not to have been paid overtime wages by Defendant at some point during that period.It is FURTHER ORDERED that Defendant shall provide to Plaintiffs' counsel a list of all employees who have worked for Defendant as Residential Advisors at the Potomac Job Corps dormitories since July 12, 2014, as well as those employees' residential addresses.
