MEMORANDUM OPINION: Arora's motion for an extension of time to effectuate service, 14, is hereby GRANTED, and Arora may submit proof of service on Cigna Health and Life Insurance Company on or before August 10, 2017; Arora's motion for leave to file a second amended complaint, 30, is hereby DENIED without prejudice; Arora's motion for leave to amend the civil cover sheet, 13, is hereby DENIED as unnecessary; and Cigna's motion to dismiss for failure to state a claim, 19, is hereby DENIED without prejudice, and Cigna's motion to dismiss for insufficient service of process, 19, is hereby DENIED without prejudice in light of the Courts decision granting Arora an extension of time to effectuate service. Defendants are hereby ORDERED to show cause, on or before July 26, 2017, why this case should not be transferred to the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia under either 28 U.S.C. § 1406(a) or 28 U.S.C. § 1631. Global Dental Solutions LLC and Brad Abramson's motion to dismiss, 7, and Buckhead Family Dentistry and Travis Paige's motion to dismiss, 11, are hereby GRANTED, but the Court will hold its decision in abeyance pending a determination of whether to transfer this case. (lcrdm2, )MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER: Upon consideration of Cigna Health and Life Insurance Company's renewed motion to dismiss 33, it is hereby ORDERED that the motion is GRANTED; and it is further ORDERED that Cigna is DISMISSED as a defendant in this action; and it is further ORDERED that Cigna's motion to rule on its renewed motion to dismiss 45 is DENIED as moot. In light of the parties' responses to the Court's order to show cause why this action should not be transferred to the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia 37, it is further ORDERED that this case be TRANSFERRED to the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1631.
