ORDER granting in part and denying in part 11 Motion to Dismiss for Failure to State a Claim. Defendants Cheryl Varnadoe, Rhonda Hampton, and Teresa Walston's Motion is GRANTED, and Plaintiff's claims against them are dismissed. However, Defendant Navicent Health, Inc.'s Motion is DENIED without prejudice to provide Plaintiff an opportunity to recast her Complaint. The Court ORDERS Plaintiff to file a more definite statement of her claims and recast her Complaint within twenty-one (21) days of the date of this Order.
