REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION re 14 MOTION Request for Judicial Notice filed by ERROL M WINDHOM, 1 Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus filed by ERROL M WINDHOM, 9 Amended Complaint filed by ERROL M WINDHOM. It is RECOMMENDED that these claims DENIED. Plaintiff substantive claim concerning the sufficiency of the evidence was also considered by the state courts and found to be without merit. This conclusion was also not contrary to clearly established federal law and it is RECOMMENDED that the claim be DENIED. It is further RECOMMENDED that Petitioner Request for Judicial Notice be DENIED. It is FURTHER RECOMMENDED that the Court deny a certificate of appealability in its final order.
