ORDER to Amend: Defendant is ORDERED TO AMEND its Notice of Removal to state the citizenship of its partners. Additionally, Defendant states Plaintiff, in his Complaint, incorrectly identifies Defendant as Wal-Mart and that the proper defendant is Wal-Mart Stores East, LP. Unless the Plaintiff disagrees with this assertion, the caption of the case will be corrected to reflect Defendant's proper name. Plaintiff shall show cause within ten days of service of this order if he believes this is improper. Ordered by US DISTRICT JUDGE MARC THOMAS TREADWELL on 1/13/2017. (tlh)
