ORDER DISMISSING FIRST AMENDED COMPLAINT AND DENYING MOTIONS FOR MANDAMUS ORDER WITH MANDATORY INJUNCTION AND TEMPORARY INTERLOCUTORY INJUNCTION ORDER re: 7, 13. His Eighth Amendment claims, regarding the alleged denial of adequate mental health care (in the form of a denial of a transfer to the Hawaii State Hospital) and of assault and abuse, are DISMISSED with leave to amend. (2) Williams may file an amended complaint curing the deficiencies noted above on or before July 17, 2017.
