"The Intervening Defendant's Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings (ECF No. 19) as to Plaintiff is GRANTED. Plaintiff is not entitled to seek return of title to the Subject Property. Plaintiff is not entitled to seek ejectment of the Intervening Defendant from the Subject Property.
