ORDER Regarding Final Decision on Reduction of Sentence i/c/w Crack Cocaine Amendment re 81 Order, as to Defendant Hassan Jackson. The Court grants a reduction in the deft's term of imprisonment. The deft's previously imposed 97 mth term of imprisonment, as reflected in the judgment dated 12/7/2001, is reduced to time served. The deft's new term of imprisonment of time served applies to count 4 of the indictment. Except as provided above, all provisions of the judgment dated 12/7/2001 remain in effect. As previously stated in the 2/19/2008 order, the duration and conditions of the deft's supervised release remain unchanged. The Clerk of Court is directed to send and fax a copy of this order to the BOP. The BOP is directed to release the deft., USM No. 13128-424, by no later than 3/3/2008.
